Reviews and Ratings
I stayed at this hotel in a beautiful mountain location near the center of Bordjomi. The rooms were clean and very comfortable for the parents, but there were fewer vegetarian options for Tea/Coffee. The service was friendly overall but could use some improvement in hospitality training. The location is decent, right in the middle of the town, but there were some issues with noise and room cleanliness. The dining experience was a big upset with no English spoken by the staff and breakfast not meeting expectations.
My stay at the hotel was delightful. The rooms were cozy and had a pretty view from the window, and the early check-in option was a plus. However, some rooms lacked a view, overlooking just the backyard.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of positives and negatives. The room, although could have been very nice, was disappointingly small and located at the end with a balcony overlooking a tin roof on a side street. On the bright side, the service was extremely friendly and professional, making it a great place for those seeking mental and physical rest. The location was central, famous for its fresh fruits, and conveniently close to various attractions. However, the dining experience was not suitable for South Asians, and the pricing could be better in terms of value for money.
I was allocated a Triple room upon check-in which was a bit inconvenient as we later tried to switch rooms, wasting our time. The lack of hot water kettles in the room for tea or coffee was a downside, and the vegetarian options at breakfast were limited. The pool was not as clean as expected, and the room size was a little small, although clean and very comfortable. The Soviet-style decor might not be everyone's taste.
The hotel is nice and cozy, offering a fluffy bed and a pretty view from the window, suitable for a 4-star establishment. However, not all amenities are available in the room, such as a tea package, and the provided bath towels were not that clean. Despite these drawbacks, for a slightly higher budget, one can enjoy better facilities in a 5-star hotel.
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were comfortable and clean, but they felt a bit outdated compared to other options at a similar price range. The service was friendly overall, although there were moments of slow attention. The location was convenient, with mineral water sources nearby, but it was not the most peaceful. The dining experience was adequate, but nothing extraordinary.
The hotel's location is convenient for exploring Vardzia, albeit a bit noisy. The rooms had some food remains and faced a busy building, but the toilet ventilation was an issue. The dining experience was tiring after a few days, although the balcony view made up for it. The staff, particularly with Russian language, left much to be desired. The surroundings were not quiet due to the proximity to the dining area.
The hotel is situated near the beautiful mineral water sources in the mountains, offering a unique location outside the city center. The service was a mix of unfriendly staff but with attentive care, and the dining experience had a large variety of foods but fell short compared to breakfast. The rooms, though spacious and reasonably comfortable, were in need of maintenance. Overall, a place with character but some room for improvement.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The room wasn't as clean as expected and the third bed was uncomfortable. The second-day room cleaning left a lot to be desired. However, the decor, though slightly worn out, had a unique charm. The service was a mix of kind gestures and rude behavior, making for a less than perfect experience.
